The second phase of the project was completed in August 2003. After the transformation, the Wulin Road block has added rest places, street scenes, street lamps, courtyard lamps, floodlights and characteristic gantry. On the basis of the first phase, a novel bicycle rack and a rest flower bed were also arranged. At night, the Wulin Road is brightly lit, and the windows of nearly 600 stores display the information of fashionable frontier clothes.
