Second, the scope and object of recruitment
(a) meet one of the following conditions, can apply for:
1. Persons with bachelor degree or above;
2. Persons with college education or above with permanent residence in Ningbo (based on March 1 1, 2065438, the same below) shall prevail;
3. Graduates of the 20th17th session of Ningbo Shengyuan full-time college (referring to the household registration in Ningbo when they passed the college entrance examination and were admitted to colleges and universities, the same below);

(II) The candidates for the "village official" examination for college students are: those who have permanent residence in Ningbo (the residence of those who have obtained bachelor degree or above is not limited), and those who have been employed in villages (communities) within the administrative area of this Municipality (including Hangzhou Bay New Area in Ningbo, the same below) for two years or more (the employment time is determined from the date of signing the labor contract to March 2007 165438) to participate in the "village official" for college students.
(III) The scope and targets of civil servants employed by town authorities for the post examination of outstanding village cadres are: those who have served as directors of village party organizations and village committees (hereinafter referred to as the "two committees") for two years or more or served as members of the "two committees" for three years or more within the administrative area of this Municipality (in line with the recruitment scope and targets of college students as village officials) cannot apply for the post of outstanding village cadres. (5) Civil servants, staff members of institutions (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law, active servicemen, graduates who did not study in full-time colleges and universities on 20 17 cannot apply for the exam, and those who did not study in full-time colleges and universities on 20 17 cannot apply for the exam with their academic qualifications and original degree certificates.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed from civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.
Notice of the State Civil Service Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Investigation of Civil Servant Recruitment (Guo Fa [2013] No.2) stipulates that it is not suitable to apply for civil servants at all levels; If a village cadre is punished during his tenure as a member of the village "two committees" or above, or is responsible for major accidents in the village during his tenure, he cannot apply for the position of recruiting outstanding village cadres in town organs.
Applicants may not apply for the positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law as civil servants of the recruitment agency.
Third, the application conditions
Applicants should meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Civil Service Law and the qualifications required for applying for positions, and meet the above-mentioned provisions on the scope and objects of recruitment:

The inspection period is generally 60 days, counting from the date of publication of the list of inspection objects. The conclusion of the inspection is whether it meets the conditions for hiring civil servants, which should be made during the inspection. During the period from the publication of the list of investigation objects to the handling of employment registration procedures, if the relevant personnel give up their qualifications, they will be recorded in the integrity file.
Before the implementation of the inspection work, if there are new regulations in the country and province, the new regulations shall prevail.
The results of the investigation are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time.
Thirteen. Publicity and employment
After the inspection, the municipal competent department of civil servants will publicize the list of persons to be hired determined by various recruitment agencies on Cixi Talent Network and other related websites for 7 days. Among them, the positions registered as outstanding village cadres and college students "village officials" will be publicized in the town (street) and village (community) where the candidates are located for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if it is verified that there are no problems or problems that will not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled according to the approval authority of the employment. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended until it is found out.
20 17 fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities should go through the employment formalities with graduation certificates (graduate students should also have degree certificates). If you can't provide the diploma, degree certificate and other materials required by the position you are applying for before September 30, 20 17, or the academic qualifications and majors on the diploma don't match the requirements of the position you are applying for, you won't be hired.
