Ingredients: 400g of ribs, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, a little salt, 4 slices of ginger, onion 1 strip and a little white sesame.
Exercise:
1, wash the ribs repeatedly with bleeding water, wash them with cold water, dry them, cool them thoroughly, and control them to dry for later use;
2. Slice onion and ginger;
3. Pour one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, three spoonfuls of sugar, four spoonfuls of vinegar and five spoonfuls of water into a small bowl in proportion and mix well to make juice. If you like sweet, change to 4 tablespoons sugar. If you like salty, add 1 spoon of soy sauce.
4, pour oil in the pot, the amount of oil is slightly more than usual cooking, add onion and ginger to stir fry;
5. Put it into the ribs, slowly fry until golden, and both sides are slightly burnt;
6. Pour in the prepared juice, stir well, and add boiled water without ribs;
7. After the water is boiled, simmer for 30 minutes until the soup is not so sticky and the meat is soft and rotten.
8. Add a little salt to taste and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
