The so-called seven "creative cities" in the world are not official statements, but the promotion of their own cities. The seven commonly referred to as creative cities refer to: New York in the United States, Berlin in Germany, Milan in Italy, and the United Kingdom. London, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Barcelona, ??Spain, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
But the truly officially recognized "Creative City" should be the seven titles awarded to cities by the "Global Creative Cities Network" founded by UNESCO in 2004: "City of Literature", "City of Literature", "City of Film", "City of Music", "City of Design", "City of Media Arts", "City of Folk Art" and "Course of Cuisine". ***16 creative cities received the award.
