1. Ingredients:
A handful of pasta with a diameter of 2cm, half a bowl of pasta sauce (available in supermarkets), an appropriate amount of butter, sausage & bacon (mostly ham sausage ), half a tomato, half a potato, half an onion, an appropriate amount of shrimp, black pepper, light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, and one piece of cheese.
2. Method:
(1) Boil the pasta in boiling water for 15 minutes.
(2) Cut all the sauce preparation ingredients into dices, including tomatoes, potatoes, sausages, shrimps, and onions (cut into strips).
(3) Put a small piece of butter in a pot over low heat. After melting, add sausages (fry for 1 minute), onions (30 seconds), potatoes (2 minutes), tomatoes (30 seconds), Stir-fry the shrimps and pasta sauce, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce, add half a bowl of noodle soup (the soup in which the pasta was just cooked) and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
(4) Take out the cooked pasta, drain the soup, add a small piece of butter and mix well, mix the pasta and the best sauce just now, and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of black pepper. Serve in two portions.
(5) After taking it out, put a piece of cheese on top, and put it in the oven at 210 degrees for 5-8 minutes. (If you don’t have an oven, you can also use a microwave, about half a minute.) The cheese is done.
