Blueberry Yam
Ingredients: yam, blueberry sauce, milk, honey, mold
Production method:
1. Wash the soil outside the yam, put on rubber gloves, peel off the yam, and then clean it with water.
2. Put the plate containing yam on the steaming rack, boil it over high fire and steam it for 2-3 minutes until the yam becomes soft. You can poke it with chopsticks. If you can poke it easily, you can turn off the fire, take out the steamed yam and cool it a little.
3. Use a spoon to press the yam into a fine mud, and there must be no lumps in it, otherwise it will affect the taste.
4. add a small amount of milk to the yam paste and mix well again.
5. Make the yam paste into a suitable shape with a mold, even with a biscuit mold. If it doesn't work, you can also use your hands, but remember to wear gloves.
6. Pour the prepared blueberry sauce into a bowl, add some water, or add some honey and stir.
7. finally, put the yam paste on the plate and pour the prepared blueberry sauce directly on it.
Review tip:
1. Be sure to wear rubber gloves for the kitchen when peeling yam, otherwise your hands will be particularly itchy.
2. The yam mud must be treated delicately, and there should be no caking in it, otherwise the taste will be affected.
