1: Red pepper pig's trotters (meaning abundance) The main ingredients used in the red pepper pig's trotters are: 300 grams of pig's trotters, 300 grams of secret fragrant brine, 20 grams of garlic sprouts, 5 grams each of onion, ginger and garlic slices, spicy millet

At the end, take out the pig's feet, rinse and set aside.
(2) Take a pressure cooker, pour the pig's trotters into it, add fragrant brine until the brine covers the pig's trotters, cover it, cook it for steam, then turn to low heat and simmer for ten minutes.
(3) Cut the green pepper into sections with a diagonal knife.
(4) Take a clean pot, pour green Hangzhou pepper into the pot and stir-fry until the green pepper takes on the shape of tiger skin. Then add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, onion, ginger, garlic, spicy millet, and garlic sprouts and stir-fry until the aroma comes out.
(5) Continue to add the pig's feet into the pot and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of brine, add salt and chicken essence to taste, stir-fry well and take it out of the pot.
(6) Just put on the plate and decorate.
2: Pickled pepper frog (meaning life is hot and prosperous) Pickled pepper frog* Production process: (1) First chop the frog into pieces, put it into clean water, turn on the minimum water flow and rinse it for half an hour until there is no blood, take it out and drain the water

(2) Take a bowl, pour in the frog, add salt, chicken essence, white pepper, green onion and ginger, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, stir evenly, and marinate for ten minutes.
Then sprinkle in appropriate amount of sweet potato powder and cook evenly.
(3) Pour enough water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then add the frog meat, cook until raw, and remove.
(4) Heat the pot to dry out the water, pour in oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pickled pepper paste and stir-fry until it bubbles and has a rich aroma. At this time, add water, boil and add soybean sprouts and cabbage.
Cook until raw, remove and spread on the bottom of the bowl.
(5) Continue to pour the frog into the pot, cook for a while, add salt, chicken essence, appropriate amount of white vinegar, season to taste, and take it out of the pot. Spread it in a bowl, sprinkle with minced garlic, chopped green onion, dried chili pepper, and green peppercorns.
