Put away food scraps.
There is a small plate on the dining table to hold leftovers, called a bone plate for short.
Bone plates are a type of tableware commonly used in restaurants. They are usually placed on the plates for guests to place garbage generated during the meal, such as fish bones, crab shells, etc.
Bone plates are Chinese tableware.
How to use chopsticks
Chopsticks must be placed on the chopstick holder and not on cups or plates, otherwise they will be easily knocked off. If you accidentally drop your chopsticks on the floor, ask the waiter for a new pair. During the meal, if you have raised your chopsticks but don’t know which dish to eat, you should not move your chopsticks back and forth among the dishes or float in the air.
Do not use chopsticks to fork food into your mouth, or use your tongue to lick the attachments on chopsticks, and do not use chopsticks to push bowls, plates and cups. When you leave the table for a while, do not insert your chopsticks into the bowl. Instead, place them gently on the chopstick holder.
