The recommended formula of whole grains is as follows:

2. Combination of nourishing liver and improving eyesight: Fructus Lycii, black rice, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, mung bean, black sesame, walnut and carrot powder.
3. Combination of nourishing kidney and strengthening body: black rice, black beans, Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Lycium barbarum, walnuts, black sesame seeds and black ant powder.
4. Combination of tonifying kidney and calming mind: red dates, medlar, black beans, oats, poria cocos, black sesame seeds and walnuts.
5. Combination of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach: oat, haven't gone yet, red dates, coix seed, yam and lotus seeds.
6. Combination of regulating spleen and benefiting intestines: black rice, Euryale ferox, yam, coix seed, black sesame, walnut and grape powder.
