It is said that during the period of 1930, Zhou Jixiang saw that the business of Ding Lianfang Zhang Qian Steamed Bun Shop was booming, so he also opened a Zhang Qian Steamed Bun Shop to compete with it. Soon after, Zhou Jixiang was defeated, so he managed wonton and named it "Zhou Shengji Wonton Shop". Zhou Jixiang has a lot of brains. He found another way. He showed "the only traditional fresh meat and bamboo shoots wonton in Ding Lianfang" diagonally, and named this store "Zhoushengji Wonton Store" with his own surname. In the production, he highlighted "I have no one", the shape of wonton resembles an ingot, and the stuffing is top-grade sandwich meat, bamboo shoots and black sesame seeds. The cooking of wonton soup is even more unique. From then on, Chow Sang Kee's wonton became famous, ranking first in Huzhou with thousands of steamed buns and zongzi from various bosses in Ding Lianfang, and also quite famous in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
