1. Fish cakes Every Chinese New Year, Wenzhou people will definitely have fish cakes on their dinner tables. It is a very delicious traditional folk specialty.
It is generally made from fresh seawater fish such as mackerel and Spanish mackerel from the East China Sea as the main raw material, with unique seasonings, and is refined using traditional recipes and advanced techniques.

2. Soy Sauce Pork Wenzhou people, who have always been very particular about food, have a special liking for soy sauce meat.

The sauced meat, lightly marinated in soy sauce and then air-dried, is full of sunshine and warm memories of home.

3. Yusheng and shrimp paste Wenzhou people’s feelings for shrimp paste and yusheng are incomprehensible to outsiders, and the taste of Wenzhou shrimp paste is also delicious that outsiders cannot appreciate! Therefore, almost all the people who consume shrimp paste are Wenzhou locals.
Wenzhou people are used to putting some meat in a steamer, adding some seasonings and old wine, and finally pouring in shrimp paste, steaming and eating.

4. Wenzhou dried noodles Wenzhou dried noodles have a history of nearly a thousand years, and they are one of the hometown delicacies that Wenzhou people miss the most.
