Love life, love food even more!

Hello everyone, welcome to the delicious house where I share different home-cooked food and hometown specialty snacks every day. If you like the food works I share, don’t forget to follow me.

As a true northerner, my favorite thing to eat every day is pasta.

Noodles can be made into hand-rolled noodles, pulled noodles, stick noodles, belt noodles, knife-shaped noodles, cat ears, and many kinds of noodles.

The previous types of pasta have been shared with you before. Today I will share with you a more homemade pasta, tomato noodles, which is called noodle soup in the hotel.

The soup is delicious, very delicious, and will leave you with endless aftertaste after eating it.

The picture above is a display of the finished product I made. I usually make pasta. Every time I make noodles, I watch TV while making noodles. Soon a meal for the whole family is ready.

1. Knead the dough first, add all-purpose flour to the basin, then add cold water and mix the dough in batches until the flour becomes flocculent, and then knead them into a smooth dough. To make this dough today, the dough should be kneaded slightly hard.

Some.

After the dough is kneaded, cover the dough for about 20 minutes. 2. After the dough is ready, continue to knead the dough until it is smooth.

Prepare to roll out the dough. Place the dough on a large chopping board. Sprinkle some dry cornmeal on the large chopping board as a surface.

When rolling the dough by hand, on average, change the direction every 5-6 times and continue rolling. When rolling the dough, roll it hard from the edge to the middle, so that the dough can be rolled to an even thickness.

The thinner the dough, the better. You need to practice this hand-rolled dough.

Now the dough is rolled out. Cut the dough into pieces about 2cm wide, and then cut them diagonally into diamond-shaped pieces (flag noodles). 3. Make a tomato soup. After the oil is hot in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Spoon thirteen spices and then add 2 bottles of tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. This tomato sauce was pickled by me in July last year. If you don’t have tomato sauce, you can add tomatoes. Add diced shiitake mushrooms and peeled corn kernels. If you don’t like corn.

You don’t need to add the granulated ones.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry, then add water. The amount of water can be determined according to the amount of food the family eats. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes. After the tomato soup in the pot is boiled, add it in.

Put the dough piece in, cover the pot, and cook it. Add the leeks, salt, and chicken essence before serving. Stir evenly and turn off the heat. Now, our tomato dough piece is ready. The tomatoes taste special.

Thick, very delicious, and very simple to make.

Friends who like it can try it. That’s it for today’s delicious food. Have you learned it?
