6. Add rice vinegar.
7. Add the right amount of bonito soy sauce.
8. Add umami juice to adjust the taste.
9. Pour in pickled peppers, add a little sugar and salt, and then pour in pickled pepper water without chicken feet. After sealing, put it in the refrigerator for four hours, then take it out and eat it.
