Put the chopped red pepper and garlic seeds into the blanched and cooled black fungus, add MSG, chicken essence, sesame oil, vinegar (three spoons) and cold water; 5. Marinate for seven or eight hours and it's ready!
2. Stir-fried fungus with daylily. Ingredients: 50 grams each of black fungus and daylily, appropriate amounts of cooked vegetable oil, refined salt, and fresh soup.
Method: Wash the black fungus, remove the stems and drain the water; soak the daylily in water until soft, remove the stems and cut into sections.
