The approximate itinerary is as follows:

Day1-3: Arrive in Quanzhou (Sucheng District, Youth Hostel or B&B);

The means of transportation along the way include trains (high-speed trains/high-speed trains/green express trains) that run along the coast of southern Fujian; there are also country buses that run in the countryside and mountains of western Fujian; and sometimes they go downstairs from a village. To get to a certain scenic spot from the station, you need to take a motorcycle; if Dongshan Island can also take a fishing boat into the sea, that would be perfect.
