Detailed introduction

The total length of Sanchaji Bridge is1577m, in which the main bridge is 732m and the main span is 328m. The self-anchored suspension bridge with a span of 328 meters ranks first in the world among similar bridges. The Second Ring Road is 46 meters wide, with six lanes and a design speed of 60 km/h, and the road encircles the urban area of Changsha, connecting ten urban trunk roads, such as 107, 3 19, Chang-Chang Expressway, etc. Through interchanges in vertical and horizontal urban areas.

The main structure of the bridge is pulled by two huge main cables, and all the weight of the bridge is distributed on these two cables. According to experts from China Epoxy Resin Industry Association, the deck pavement of the main span steel box girder of this bridge should be derusted by steel plate sandblasting, sprayed with epoxy zinc-rich paint for corrosion protection, made into an epoxy ring water layer for seepage prevention, and then made into a buffer layer with rubber asphalt mortar. After the buffer layer is completely completed, pour asphalt concrete, and finally spread modified asphalt and sprinkle modified emulsified asphalt. Because the foundation of the main bridge outside the main span and the east-west approach bridge is reinforced concrete, asphalt can be laid as long as the waterproof and oxygen-proof layer is well prepared when laying the bridge deck.
