Materials: 4 hairy crabs
Accessories: proper amount of aged vinegar and ginger.
1. Wash the crab shells.
4. Wash the crab shell and put it in the steamer, so that the crab shell can hold the flowing crab roe when steaming. Boil the crab oil pot with proper amount of water and steam it over water.
5. Steam on high fire 15 minutes, turn off the fire, but simmer for 3 or 5 minutes without opening the lid.
