I've always heard from people around me that I must go to Tibet in my life so that I can have no regrets. Last year, I was fired by my boss, and everything went wrong, so I embarked on a journey to Tibet alone, which lasted about 2 days and walked more than half of Tibet, so I got a preliminary impression of this place.
Next, I will talk about the travel guide to Tibet in detail and my own feelings:
1. Clothes
There is a great temperature difference between morning and evening in Tibet, so you should wear a coat and trench coat in the morning and evening. You can't wear short sleeves directly when the sun is very hot at noon, and you will get tanned. In short, most clothes are brought in spring and autumn, but few in summer.
1. windbreaker suit jacket
2. Sweater sweater (with thick)
3. Scarf shawl (with bright red color, it can be taken thin and thick to look good)
4. Hat (fisherman's hat, cap and thousand-thread hat can be used, because the wind in Lhasa scenic spot is very strong. Headache caused by blowing)
5. Short sleeves (you can wear two pieces under your coat)
6. Skirts (you can take photos with two bright colors to the scenic spots, but you can't wear skirts and shorts in temples)
7. Disposable underwear
8. Sports shoes, Martin boots and slippers (you must wear comfortable shoes and slippers on the train)
Rent a military coat if you don't take it)
1. Pants (jeans, sweatpants)
2. Daily necessities
1. Umbrella (July, August and September are rainy months, which can keep out rain and shade)
2. Sunglasses (shade, Lhasa is called the city of sunshine and the sun is very big)
3. Otherwise, it will be more than two degrees dark when you come back)
5. Daily toiletries
6. Mask, lipstick, body lotion (Lhasa is very dry, you must bring these)
7. Paper towels, wet paper towels, face towels
8. Sleeping bags (the living environment in the scenic spot may not be so good)
9. Masks (many toilets in Tibet are The taste is particularly heavy)
3. Certificates
1. ID cards (you need ID cards wherever you go in Tibet, and you can't go to many places without ID cards)
2. You can bring some cash (some places need cash to buy tickets, Lhasa only needs paper money instead of coins)
3. Border defense cards (you need to go to Everest and Ali, The tour guide of Tibet newspaper group will help you with it)
4. Student ID card (you can save a lot of money by buying tickets at a discount)
4. Medicine
1. Motion sickness medicine
2. Cold medicine
3. Gastrointestinal medicine
4. Allergy medicine
5. Trauma medicine
6. Moreover, cooking and cooking in Tibet are also relatively slow, so don't worry.
2. Many toilets in Tibet are dry toilets with a particularly strong smell, and some even solve them in the open air.
3. You can't take photos in places where there are soldiers and police officers, such as high-speed railway station, Tibet, and the characteristic folk behaviors of Tibetans.
4. If a Tibetan sticks out his tongue at you, don't be angry, it represents respect. Don't touch the heads of Tibetans, because touching the heads in Tibet is a sacred etiquette.
5. Driving on Lhasa road is very fast, and basically it won't avoid pedestrians, so you must be careful when crossing the road, or you will be hit by a plane in minutes.
6. There are a lot of Sichuanese in Tibet, so what people eat most there is not Tibetan food, but Sichuan food. But it's good to try Tibetan food. After all, many people still can't get used to it.
7. The local people are not as poor as we thought, even far richer than we thought. Because the state has many subsidy policies for Tibet, and because of the development of tourism there, many people can make money by driving taxis and running homestays.
8. The pace of life in Tibet is relatively slow, unlike in the east, where people are as busy as a bee every day. They have a lot of leisure time and can go out to play regularly.
9. Prices in Tibet are very high, even higher than those in big cities like Beishangguang. Because many things there are purchased from outside, especially fruits, which are basically less than 1 yuan. In addition, some daily necessities in supermarkets are more expensive than those in the east.
1. When you take photos in Tibet, you have a sense of sight. The scenery in Tibet is really unspeakable. Snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests and canyons are all shocking.
11. Tibetans seldom take a bath, not because they are lazy, but because the weather there is cold. Taking a bath often is not good for their health, but will destroy their protective layer.
12. When you just get off the train and plane, be careful to walk slowly, and all actions should be as slow as grandma's. Never run fast, or you will die suddenly.
13. Never take a shower and wash your hair on the day you go to Tibet. After two days in Lhasa, you can wash your hair during the day and blow dry it after washing, otherwise you will catch a cold.
14. You must drink plenty of water when you go to Tibet. Tibet is so dry that your throat is smoking.
15. The car whose quotation is lower than the market price is probably a black car. If you don't agree, you will be left on the road.
16. The homestays in Tibet are very expensive, and the sanitation is not very good. Some homestays also have fleas, which makes you doubt your life.
17. Most of those souvenirs in the street are small commodities imported from Zhejiang, which have no meaning or value.
18. It is not recommended to go by bus when traveling. The buses in Tibet are easily blocked. It is recommended to rent a small electric car so that you can run around all day.
19. Don't trust the wild tour guides who travel by the roadside for a day, and they are particularly vulnerable to being cheated, so they take the money and run away.
2. There are signals in most parts of Tibet, but China Unicom may not be able to connect. Telecom is the best, and it can only be connected when moving.
