Ingredients

How to make shrimp wontons
1. Put a small handful of Sichuan peppercorns into warm water and soak them in the Sichuan peppercorn water and set aside.
2. Peel the fresh shrimps and wash them thoroughly.
3. Chop into larger pieces.
4. Mix pork filling and shrimp.
5. Add chopped green onion and ginger.
6. Beat an egg white and pour in the pepper water.

8. Beat vigorously in one direction clockwise and stir for a while.
9. Wrap it how you like.
10. Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.

12. Add water and 1 spoon of salt to taste.
13. Add wontons and cook.
