7. Chop ginger into powder, chop dried peppers, wash dried prunes and cut them into small pieces for later use.
8. Take the oil pan, add onion and ginger until fragrant, stir-fry dried peppers, add dried prunes, salt, soy sauce and white sugar, stir-fry evenly, add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
