1. First, prepare 1 kg fish bubbles and rinse them repeatedly with clear water.
After the blood is completely removed, prick one by one with a toothpick.
Prepare auxiliary materials, chop garlic, slice ginger, cut green onions into rings and put them in the same pot.
Two baby dishes are cut into long strips, and several green and red peppers are cut into rings for later use.
2. Soak the fish in water.
Boil water in a pot, add cooking wine to remove fishy smell, add a spoonful of salt to improve the bottom taste, add fish bubbles to boil the water, and remove fishy smell and impurities.
Boil the fish until it is transparent, then take it out, then wash it with clear water and drain it for later use.
3. Start cooking.
Heat oil in a pot, add a pinch of pepper, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add a handful of dried pepper, continue to stir-fry, add bean paste, kim possible and chafing dish seasoning, stir-fry the sauce until fragrant and stir-fry red oil.
Then pour in baby cabbage and Pleurotus eryngii and stir fry for one minute. After the soup is boiled, put the side dishes at the bottom of the dry pot.
Continue to boil the soup in the pot, pour in the fish bubbles, stir fry with a little old background color and color evenly. After the soup is boiled again, turn to low heat and cook for 3 minutes.
Let the fish bubbles fully absorb the soup. When it's time to taste, put the fish bubble on the side dish and wait for the oil to stir.
Heat the oil in the pan, add the green and red pepper rings and stir-fry until fragrant, then take the pan and pour it on the fish bubbles. Serve delicious!
