Foodies ~ what food recommendations do you have ~?
There are many delicious foods in every place. Every place has its own characteristics, such as Reagan noodles, Zhou Heiya, miso soup powder and bean skin (not the bean skin we eat). Rice rolls, Guangdong, recommend rice rolls, Shenzhen Hongli Village (their home is delicious), morning tea (I won't write it out one by one), and Cantonese porridge. Sauced duck (Changde, Hunan is more authentic, both spicy and not spicy) Jiangxi crock soup (many kinds) braised pork with plum vegetables, Jingzhou Guokui, Thai hot and sour powder (different from China) and local small pineapples in Thailand are all good. Yunnan local rice noodles, Lijiang chicken bean powder, Dali Yangbi burrito (I call it white rice cake burrito), and thin bean powder (you can add rice noodles, similar to Wuhan miso powder, or noodles or fried dough sticks). Here in Shaanxi (mainly in the middle), there are steamed buns with cold noodles (rice skin). As a Shaanxi native, I recommend these two. I don't like mutton foam myself ... alas, there are too many. China is so big that no matter where you go, you will eat different foods. Too many, hehe, I haven't finished it yet. I have eaten all the above, and it is very good. You can try it every chance you get.

This is only official food, and there are many folk foods. Like the roast pork with peach fat in Huizhou, which I read in a book. I've never eaten it, but I'm interested. Ha ha. Many of them need to be explored by themselves.
