Doumo is a special snack widely spread in Handan and northern Henan. The main raw materials are millet, peanuts, sesame seeds and vegetables. Its origin is said to be related to Boyi and Shu Qi in Shang Dynasty. After Boyi and Shu Qi starved to death in shouyangshan, people in Yindu felt their integrity and paid homage to them. They put millet in a stone mortar and grind it into powder to make soup, and add vegetables and mashed bean foam, which is called "bean foam".
