I toOK them out of the refrigerator. I must eat them overnight. Oh, if they are fried with fresh rice, you can put them in the microwave for a few minutes (don't cover them). It's ok. 2. After the pot is hot, pour a little cooking oil. When the oil smokes, first pour the chopped onions into the pot and stir-fry.
3. When the onion is sauteed and its fragrance becomes soft, add diced carrots and diced cucumbers, stir fry, add a little salt, and take it out of the pan for later use.
4. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the eggs and keep stirring. Remember to wait until the oil is hot before adding the eggs, or the eggs will stick to the pot.
5. When the eggs are caked, pour in the leftover rice, stir-fry constantly, turn the fire up a little, and smash all the caked rice balls with a shovel when stirring;
6. When the rice and eggs are evenly fried, pour in the fried carrots, cucumbers and onions, stir fry, and add a little salt;
7. When all the ingredients are evenly fried, cover the pot and stew for one minute. Turn off the heat when you hear a sizzling sound in the pot, and the rice can be cooked!

Peel some washed green beans for standby
