Brief introduction of langjiu

The authentic origin of Langjiu is Erlangtan Town, Gulin County, Sichuan Province. It is located in the middle reaches of Chishui River, facing Kweichow Moutai Winery across the river. It was originally named Langjiu because it was brewed by a local clear spring called Langquan. Now it is produced by the same master as Moutai, and the production technology and style characteristics are basically the same.

It's just that the earliest Langjiu was just a small workshop. With the support of 1957 at all levels, the state-owned Sichuan Gu Lin Lang Winery was formally established, which is known as one of the six golden flowers of Sichuan wine. It won the title of Sichuan Famous Liquor and China Famous Liquor for two consecutive years, and became one of the top ten famous liquors in China and one of the typical representatives of Maotai-flavor liquor.
