Xi 'an, a city with a long history and food culture, has attracted countless tourists. Gourmet tourism is a new form of tourism, a special tourism with a high degree of integration of food culture and tourism, an advanced form of cultural consumption and an important type of tourism experience. Taking Xi 'an as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of gourmet food and its strategies for developing cultural tourism.
