Peanut crumbs can be made into health-preserving peanut crumbs mixed with purslane, soybean flour peanut crumbs, coriander and peanut crumbs, fried glutinous rice cakes, and sesame peanut crumbs in steamed buns.
1. Health-preserving peanuts mixed with purslane: Blanch the purslane in a pot, take it out, and spread it out to dissipate heat. Add sugar, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, and sesame oil to the garlic paste and stir evenly. Add the cooled purslane to the garlic sauce and mix well. Finally sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
2. Soybean flour and crushed peanuts: Pour milk into flour and mix into dough, steam and roll out. Spread bean paste and chopped peanuts on top, then roll it up, roll it in a few rounds of soy flour, and cut it into pieces with a knife.
3. Cold cilantro and chopped peanuts: remove the roots of the cilantro, wash and mince it, put the chopped peanuts and cilantro together, add salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy vinegar, stir evenly, and serve on a plate.
4. Fry the glutinous rice cake: Cut the glutinous rice cake into small pieces, wrap it in egg liquid, then put it into a preheated pot and fry it over medium-low heat until the glutinous rice cake bulges slightly. When puffed and golden on both sides, remove from the pan and sprinkle with candied peanuts while hot.
5. Sesame and Peanut Crushed Buns: Saute black sesame seeds until fragrant, mix with white sugar, and crushed peanuts to form a sweet filling. Put the fillings into the dough, wrap into buns, put in a steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. That’s it.
