Put about 300 ml of cooking oil in the pot, turn on the heat, and when the oil is 50% hot, put the fish in one by one, usually depending on whether the fish is too small: Put about three pieces of large fish into the pan and fry them, and put about 5 pieces of smaller fish at a time and fry them together. After the fish is fried and set, turn to low heat and fry slowly. During the frying process, keep turning the fish so that both sides of the fish are evenly heated. Fry the big fish for about 5-6 minutes and the small fish for about 4-5 minutes. When the fish becomes brown and hard, turn off the heat.

Use a spatula to push the fish to the edge of the pot to drain the oil, place it on a plate, and let it cool naturally before eating.
