Due to work needs, 23 institutions affiliated to our district recruited 42 staff members this year. According to the Hangzhou Personnel Bureau's Implementation of the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Personnel and Public Institutions on Public Recruitment >: Measures for the implementation of "(Hang Ren Zheng [2116] No.5), the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment unit, position, scope and requirements

Please refer to Annex I for details.

2. Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: Saturday, April 17, from 9: 11 to 16: 11.

2. Registration place: the first floor of Jianggan District Cultural Center (east of Qingchun Plaza Yintai Qingchun Store, No.458 Taipingmen Street, Jianggan District, Hangzhou, west of Tesco Supermarket).

3. Applicants should bring the following materials: two one-inch bareheaded photos, my ID card, academic certificate, professional title certificate, household registration book or household registration certificate, and other relevant materials needed for the position. Posts with work experience are required to bring relevant work experience certificates or labor contracts, and fresh graduates should provide relevant materials for fresh graduates (originals and copies of the above materials are required). Full-time college graduates who are now working in the community (village) will apply for the positions in this recruitment according to the preferential policy of Jiang Ren [2118] No.35, and they must submit the Certificate of Community (village) Workers (see Annex 3 for this table) and a copy of relevant contracts when registering.

4. The number of applicants for each position exceeds the recruitment plan by 3 times.

5. According to the document No.7 [2117] of Zhejiang Caizong Zi, 41 yuan is required to pay the examination fee when registering.

iii. Examination

The examination includes written examination and interview, and the written examination and interview scores each account for 51% of the total examination score.

(1) written test. The written test subjects are the professional knowledge and skills required by the basic knowledge and positions of the public, and the full score of the test paper is 111.

1. The written test admission ticket will be issued on April 22nd (Thursday) at the conference room of Jianggan District Personnel Bureau (Room 321, South 3rd Floor, Jianggan District Government, No.1 Qingchun East Road, Hangzhou).

2. written test time: 9: 11-11: 11 am on April 24th (Saturday).

3. written test place: notice will be given separately.

4. written test results: seven working days after the written test, you can check the written test results on Jianggan Talent Network.

(II) Interview

1. Organization and implementation of the interview: The interview work is organized and implemented by the Personnel Bureau in conjunction with the employer.

2. Determination of interviewees: The interviewees are determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1: 3 of the number of positions planned for recruitment (preferential points for full-time college students working in communities (villages) are included in the written test scores); If the number of candidates for the recruitment position plan and written test scores is less than 1: 3, they will enter the interview according to the actual number of online candidates. The content of the interview is the evaluation of the ability and quality of the public, and the evaluation form is structured (that is, question-and-answer interview). The full score of the interview is 111, and those whose interview score is less than 61 are not included in the medical examination. The interview time and place will be notified separately.

iv. physical examination and assessment

among those who pass the interview, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low, and the ratio of 1: 1 of the recruitment position. The medical examination hospital is contacted and organized by the Jianggan District Personnel Bureau, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves. Physical examination standards and items refer to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). The time and place of medical examination will be notified separately.

If the physical examination fails, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the total test scores from high to low. Those who pass the medical examination enter the examination.

V. Employment and publicity

Those who pass the examination will be selected according to the principle of merit, and will be publicized on Jianggan Talent Network (www.jgrcw.com) for seven days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, after the publicity, they will sign an employment contract and go through the employment procedures.
