Ingredients: pork belly and goose.
Accessories: rock sugar, cinnamon, star anise, soy sauce, soy sauce, onion, ginger, oil, cooking wine and water.

1. Cut the goose into small pieces, prepare a pot of cold water and boil it together with the goose to skim the floating foam for later use. Prepare pork belly in the same way.
2. put a spoonful of oil in the pot and heat it, and the red dot in the pot will turn into a red circle. Add onion and ginger slices and stir-fry. Add goose and pork belly and stir-fry.
3. Add 10 ml cooking wine, remove fishy smell, add appropriate amount of hot water, preferably almost flat with meat, and put rock sugar to melt rock sugar.
4. Add cinnamon and star anise, pour in about 20 ml of soy sauce and about 5 ml of soy sauce and mix well. Cover the lid and simmer.
5. Boil for about 1 hour, turn off the heat and juice, stir fry constantly, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and turn off the heat when the juice is almost out.
