In order to find a suitable voice actor for Xiaomi, Pixar considered a large number of candidates until finally hearing the unbridled and arrogant voice of comedian Patton Oswalt on the radio, and was attracted by the passion and rich emotional fluctuations in his voice. And impressed by the space for performance, Patton Oswalt was chosen to voice Xiaomi.
