1. Dongpo elbow: It is said that it was created by Su Shi's wife. Because the elbow was burnt, seasoning was added to cover up the burnt taste, and the cooked product was found to be crisp and delicious.
2. Dongpo pork: During his stay in Huangzhou, he personally cooked braised pork and wrote his experience in Eating Pork Poetry. Later, after painstaking research, he finally developed Dongpo small fried pork, which is the predecessor of Dongpo pork.

Brief introduction of Su Shi:
Su Shi (137-111), with the word Zi Zhan and the word He Zhong, was named Tieguan Taoist and Dongpo layman, and was known as Su Dongpo, Su Xian and Po Xian in the world. Meishan, Meizhou (now Meishan City, Sichuan Province) is a native of Luancheng, Hebei Province, a writer, calligrapher and painter in the Northern Song Dynasty, and a historical water control celebrity. The father is Su Xun, the younger brother is Su Zhe, and the father and son are called "Three Sus".
