In long-distance outdoor camping, we often eat action food, road food and emergency food.
First, action food: food put into your mouth bit by bit when hiking, usually called action food. Best for putting chocolate, nuts, candy, biscuits, etc. Put it in the rain-proof bag of backpack or coat pocket, and you can take it out by hand and eat it directly.
Second, road meal food: lunch food that needs a long rest at noon during hiking, usually called road meal food. The most suitable food for eating on the road is roasted rice, bread, ham sausage and pickled mustard tuber, which are easy to eat and preserve. Usually, the road meal supplement will be carried out in scenic places such as the top of the mountain, and it can be heated and eaten by CAS furnace appropriately.
Third, emergency grain reserves: food that is not taken out for consumption during mountaineering and hiking is usually called emergency grain reserves. The activities are smooth and normal, and emergency food reserves are usually brought back to the mountain and down the mountain.
