The lazy version of sweet and sour pork ribs is as follows:
1. Cut the ribs into pieces, wash them and dry them with kitchen towels.
2. Heat the oil in a hot pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.
3. Add the pork ribs and fry until both sides change color.
4. Add the seasonings, using a spoon as big as the picture.
5. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water without covering the ribs. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
7. After 5 minutes, turn to medium high heat to reduce the juice.
8. When the juice is almost reduced, add sesame seeds and stir well.
