The traditional Torch Festival of the Yi people in Liangshan, Xichang lasts from July 26 to August 1, and some rural tourism activities continue until September.

Location: Xichang City Torch Carnival Time: July 26th to July 28th, 7:00-10:00 every night, the carnival lasts for 3 days.

Location: Huoba Square, Luojiabo Township, Poetry Town, Baimiao Village, Daqing Township, Huoba Square, Sihe Township, Xichang City.

It should be noted that this year’s main venue, Luojiabo Township, adopts a ticketing system, and visitors need to show their tickets for admission.

The Torch Carnival is held from July 26 to July 28, from 7:00 to 10:00 every night, and the carnival lasts for 3 days.

Introduction to the Torch Festival: The Torch Festival is a grand festival with the largest scale, the richest content, the most spectacular scenes, the largest number of participants, and the strongest national characteristics among the many traditional festivals of the Yi people.

It has profound folk cultural connotations and is known as the "Carnival of the East".

The Traditional Torch Festival of the Yi people in Liangshan, Xichang, China will open on July 26, including 28 rich activities in five major sections.

Among them, the Torch Carnival will be held on the evening of July 26 at Torch Square in Luojiabo Township, Xichang City, Poetry Town in Baimiao Village, Daqing Township, and Torch Square in Sihe Township.

Visitors can choose one of them to have a carnival and feel the charm of the "Oriental Carnival".

The theme of this year's Torch Festival is still "Lighting Torches in Cool Summer", which lasts from July 26 to August 1, and some rural tourism activities will continue until September.

This Torch Festival is divided into five major sections: "Torch Carnival, Cultural Tourism, Sports Tourism, Rural Tourism, Talent Recruitment, and Investment Promotion", with 28 events.
