It's best to soak it in water when you get it back, so as to remove the excess rice noodles, so as to avoid easy to paste the pot when frying; Eggs can be fried according to your own preferences, not necessarily like a rough chef;
Step 3: Stir-fry the vermicelli

Pour peanut oil into the wok, pour the chopped Chinese cabbage after smoking, stir-fry until the vermicelli becomes soft, and continue to stir-fry until the vermicelli becomes soft from the original stiff strip. When it can be bent, turn to medium heat and pour oyster sauce to enhance the flavor and stir well.
2. Continue to stir-fry until the flour paste becomes soft and smooth, and when the bottom of the pot is slightly burnt, pour soy sauce T along the pot surface to taste, and stir-fry until the soy sauce is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the flour paste
3. After the flour paste has been stir-fried until it is soft, smooth and elastic, sprinkle a little salt, then pour in the soy sauce for coloring, and pour in the sliced eggs after fully stirring evenly;
