Problem description:
I want to ask how to make sweet natto. Just like the red, sweet and waxy beans in KFC egg tower, how is it processed? Watsons now sells this sweet natto. I bought it and studied it, but I still don't know how it was made.
Does anyone know?
Analysis:
Materials:
A small piece of beans, sugar and star anise
There are soybeans, red beans and broad beans.
I use the most common soybean at home here ~
1. Wash and soak soybeans overnight (at least 4 hours, depending on other beans).
It is best to peel off the skin after soaking, so that the cooked beans are softer and more waxy.
2. Cook beans on medium-high heat and add a small piece of star anise to add flavor.
3. Turn the heat down and continue to cook 15-20 minutes, and add white sugar (brown sugar is also ok, it is healthier ~).
4. Cover the lid and continue to cook with minimum fire until the juice is completely collected.
Remember to stir the bottom of the paste from time to time. )
5. All right, you're done ~ ~ (unreleased version)
Sugar water turned into very thick syrup, and beans (soybeans) turned into crystal orange red.
