2. There are two railway passenger stations in Guilin: Guilin North Railway Station (commonly known as North Railway Station and Departure Station) and Guilin South Railway Station (commonly known as guilin railway station or South Railway Station). South Railway Station is the main passenger station at present, and the traffic is very convenient in the urban area (Zhongshan South Road). The North Station is in the north of Guilin, which should be considered a suburb according to the local people. The traffic is not very convenient, and only the No.18 and No.99 buses can reach the urban area.
