Food anchors do not need to have graduated from a specific university to be able to do it.
Anchor refers to a host-type announcer. To simply understand, the broadcaster is reading other people's words; the host is speaking his own words. Anchors do a lot more work than announcers and are a combination of announcers and hosts. For example, ordinary announcers can just read from the manuscript, while anchors often need to do a series of tasks such as planning, editing, and hosting.
