(3) Launch special food tourism.

Various travel agencies will promote Shantou food tourism routes to domestic and foreign countries and organize tourists to travel to Shantou.

(4) Receive guests from home and abroad.

The Provincial Organizing Committee has arranged for some leaders, tourism and media guests to attend the opening ceremony of the 2006 Guangdong International Tourism and Culture Festival to come to Shantou one after another for inspection and food tasting after November 25.
