Composition:
Glutinous rice, medlar, brown sugar, raisins and red dates.
Exercise:
1, soak glutinous rice for one night in advance, and wash Chinese wolfberry raisins and red dates.
2. Dissolve the brown sugar in warm water, stir well, brush a layer of oil at the bottom of the bowl, add red dates, raisins and medlar, and then put a layer of glutinous rice for compaction.
3. Pour in brown sugar water, add red dates, raisins and medlar, and repeat the previous steps. Finally, pour in water without ingredients and steam in a steamer for one hour.
