Step 3: Start rubbing like washing clothes until the water becomes very turbid. Pour the face washing water into a large basin, add water again and continue washing the face.

Step 4: Wash 4-5 times (pour all the washing water into a large basin) until the water is no longer so turbid and the rest is gluten.

Step 5: Add 0.5g baking powder to the gluten, knead evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

Step 6: Put the awakened gluten into the pot and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

Step 7: Cool the steamed gluten and cut into pieces for later use.

Step 8: Filter the facial cleansing water through a fine sieve and let it sit for 6 hours to allow the starch to fully precipitate.

Step 9: Slowly pour out the clear water above the precipitated starch water, and stir the remaining starch slurry evenly.

Step 10: Brush a little cooked oil on the leather plate and pour a spoonful of starch slurry.

Step 11: Put it into a pot of boiling water, cover the pot, and steam for 2-3 minutes.

Step 12: Take out the pan and put it in a basin filled with cold water to cool (or add cold water directly to the cold skin dish).

Step 13: Tear off the cool skin and brush with a layer of cooked oil to prevent sticking. Complete the remaining starch slurry in sequence.

Step 14: Cut the cold skin into strips, put it on a plate, add a spoon of chili oil, 3 spoons of vinegar, 1g of salt, a little sesame oil, and make a chili sauce.
