I don’t recommend changing too many cities during the three-day itinerary, because Guizhou is so big. It’s just three days in Guiyang, where you can eat and play leisurely. It’s actually quite good. If you’re only in Guiyang, I suggest you do this.
Arrange the first day: Minsheng Road & Caijia Street are very close to each other and are almost connected together. You can enjoy delicious food hahaha. The most recommended ones on Minsheng Road are Posu Bao and Wanbao Cake.
They are mainly carbohydrate type, very filling, and the price is very cheap. In terms of specific stores, they are actually about the same level. Posu buns are salty and fresh, and bowl cakes are chewy, sweet, and diced.
You can also eat the homemade crispy whistle, which is particularly fragrant.
Caijia Street is more famous for Fat Sister’s deep-fried stinky tofu. Their stinky tofu is different from the ones you eat at tourist attractions. It has a waxier texture, and I think their seasoning is particularly delicious.
Day 2: Zhengxin Street & Huguo Road When you were doing the guide, you must have heard of toilet steamed buns. Yes, it is here. You must add crispy buns. It tastes very fragrant, and there is a fried bun next to it.
At the potato stall, you can ask the owner to recommend his specialties. I think they all taste good.
The most famous thing on Huguo Road is Yangxiaozi mutton noodles. Their mutton has no smell, but it tastes salty and fresh. It is recommended to order a small portion to try.
Day 3: Wandering around, the most recommended ones are Kaili fish in sour soup and shredded doll in sour soup.
For fish in sour soup, it is highly recommended to choose wild yellow spicy diced fish. There are very few fish bones, and the yellow spicy diced fish is very delicious, but it is a bit expensive.
The way to eat sour soup silk doll is quite interesting, similar to the local roast duck in Guizhou, hahaha, I won’t go into details, it’s a bit mysterious.
