who knows? A three sous? How glorious it is, but I don't know the sadness paid by his mother behind him.

His father, Su Xun, was a bum before he got married, and it was not until after he got married that he began to get rid of other thoughts and bury himself in studying hard.

Su Shi had hardly enjoyed fatherly love before he was ten years old. Because in the past ten years, his father has been in the process of study tour and scientific research, and basically has not taken care of the life at home. It is his mother, Mrs. Cheng, who raised him and his younger brother Su Che.

Mrs. Cheng sold all her dowries in order to support her husband's scientific examination after she married Su Jia. She usually takes care of a family while doing business, and also educates her two sons.

After he was banished to Huangzhou for writing poems, the food in Huangzhou was still his main concern. Huangzhou is rich in bamboo, so as soon as he sees the bamboo forest, he thinks of the delicious bamboo shoots. His life is full of ups and downs, and even a free and easy person like him may not survive without good food.

however, on the surface, he is optimistic, but in his heart, he is very depressed. The ups and downs of officialdom made him feel bored with officialdom and even depressed. When he was down and out, everyone regarded him as a beast and worried that he would be implicated.

Su Shi once wrote many letters to pour out his distress to his friends, but all the letters were sent without response. When Su Shi wrote letters, he may still have a glimmer of hope for friendship, but when these letters sank into the sea, he completely lost his thoughts on friendship.

When he faced all the problems, almost all of them were solved with delicious food. Dongpo elbow, Dongpo fish and so on are his favorites.

It was his spirit of suffering, enjoying pleasure and being good at taking pleasure in suffering that led him to create "Pear Blossom in Donglan":

Although he had not experienced the Wutai Poetry Case when writing this poem, he was already rejected by the New Party. The official career is not the most serious. What really hit him hard was the successive deaths of his parents and his wife.

After Su Shi left the imperial court because of the exclusion of the New Party, he began to rush about for his career. He first worked in Mizhou, and then he was transferred to Xuzhou. This poem was written for Kong Zonghan, who succeeded him in Mizhou.

judging from the structure of the poem, it is a seven-character poem about objects, but it is not only to lament the beautiful scenery, but more importantly to express his views on life.

The first and second sentences in the poem describe what the poet saw: the pear blossoms are as white as snowflakes, while the branches and leaves on the willow trees are still dark blue.

The poet put the white of pear flowers and the deep green of willow leaves together, which made people involuntarily paint a beautiful picture of spring scenery as soon as they read this poem. Su Shi also used this unique way to tell the world his innocence.

the spring breeze blows, and catkins mixed with pale white pears fly all over the city, which makes people completely intoxicated with this beautiful scenery. If the first sentence describes pear blossoms from a static perspective, the second sentence describes them from a dynamic perspective.

when catkins and pears are in full bloom, that is, when all the flowers are in full bloom. Spring is strong, life is full of vitality, and everything looks very beautiful. But in the face of such a beautiful scenery, Su Shi has no intention of appreciating it, because his heart is full of sadness.

Spring is really beautiful, but it is as short as dusk. In the first two sentences. Described the poet's feelings about the fleeting time from the side. The third poem describes the melancholy in the poet's heart. He compares himself to a faint pear flower, living in a dirty environment, but his heart is as innocent as a pear flower as snow.

Su Shi has experienced many things in officialdom, and his life has ups and downs. Isn't it like a pear flower in Donglan? He is not so much praising the pear flower as feeling sorry for himself.

People are living in a muddle, so presumably not many people can see themselves thoroughly and clearly. Therefore, Su Shi's last sentence also expressed his pessimism about life.

Su Shi has an open-minded personality. Although his career has been declining all the way, he has not been decadent because of it. Instead, he hopes that he will live in the secular world like a pear flower without being dirty.

When Su Shi wrote this poem, it was at a time of adversity.

But even though he was ostracized by his political opponents and all his relatives died one after another, he was able to keep this detached thought, so you can imagine how tough his character is.

Su Shi is probably the only one who can lead a free and easy life like this.

Yu Guangzhong once said that if he had to choose an ancient poet to travel with him, he would never choose Li Bai, because he only pursues romance and has no sense of reality at all. He didn't want to go with Du Fu either, because Du Fu's life was too bitter, and he was bitter wherever he went, which ran counter to the meaning of travel. He wants to go with Su Shi most, because Su Shi's personality is his favorite.

Indeed, how many people, like Su Shi, have remained human after so many ups and downs? I'm afraid he is the only one? No wonder even Yu Guangzhong is so optimistic about him!
