Bacon curry fried rice
Ingredients: 2 slices of bacon, 1 bowl of rice, 1 small handful of peas, half an onion, half a red pepper, 1 small handful of sweet corn kernels, 15g of curry powder, 3g of salt, a little black pepper, 15ml of oil
Practice:
1. Dice bacon; Red pepper is diced after removing pepper seeds; Shred onion;
2. Heat oil in a wok, add bacon and stir fry slightly, then add onion, red pepper, peas and corn kernels in turn and stir fry evenly;
3. Pour in the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are clear;
4. Add curry powder, salt and chopped black pepper and mix well.
Curry beef brisket
Ingredients: half a catty of beef brisket, 1 carrot, half a potato, half an onion, half a bowl of coconut milk, and 2 pieces of curry
Practice:
1. Cut the beef brisket into large pieces and soak it in boiling water for later use; Carrots and potatoes are cut into hob blocks, and onions are cut into pieces;
2. Heat oil in a wok, add the brisket and stir-fry for a while;
3. Add enough water to the beef, turn to medium heat after the fire boils, cover and stew for half an hour;
4. Add carrots, potatoes and onions, stew for 1 minutes, then add coconut milk and curry blocks, and cook for 5 minutes, then take out the pot.
Spicy curry shrimp
Ingredients: half a catty of fresh shrimp, half a lime, three red peppers, about 1ml of coconut milk in half a bowl, 5g of garlic, 15ml of oil, 3g of salt, 1 handful of mint leaves, and 3g of Thai red curry sauce
Practice:
1. Remove the head and shell of fresh shrimp, and wash after removing the shrimp line. Red pepper is cut into circles;
2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and red pepper until fragrant, then add fresh shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color;
3. Add curry sauce and coconut milk, squeeze into lime juice and stir well;
4. Then sprinkle with mint leaves, cover and stew for 2 minutes, then season with salt.
Fried curry chicken wings
Ingredients: 6 chicken wings, 15g of curry powder, 15ml of cooking wine, 3g of salt and 15ml of oil
Practice:
1. Wash chicken wings, make two diagonal cuts on both sides, add curry powder, cooking wine and salt, mix well, and marinate for more than 2 hours until they taste delicious;
2. Add oil to the pan, heat it, add chicken wings and fry until both sides are golden.
