Application of peanut butter cake in gourmet dessert menu
I just opened a bottle of peanut butter, and the surface is quite thin because of the oil. I thought it was appropriate to eat pancakes, and I didn't need to dilute them with oil, so I made pancakes.
Practice: 1) Mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon powder for later use (if you don't like the taste of cinnamon powder, you can leave it out. The ratio of brown sugar to flour I use is about 3: 2. I just grab it according to my feelings. Add some brown rice flour to the white flour (no need, I use it to add some coarse grains), and then make a soft dough. Divide it into small portions, roll it into thin dough, spread a thin layer of peanut butter on it, then sprinkle a layer of brown sugar powder, roll it up and cut it as big as you want. I divided them into small pieces, each about the size of a palm. Turn on medium heat and put the cake in the pot. You don't need to add oil to the pot, just bake it directly.
2) Just bake it on both sides. Sweet and delicious.
Note: Sesame paste is also acceptable. I don't have sesame paste at home, so I usually make sesame paste with peanut butter, hehe. If the sauce is thick, please boil it with oil and make it into a paste.
