Huaishang District is affiliated to Bengbu City, Anhui Province.

Huaishang District is located on the north bank of the Huaihe River. It is a new district approved by the Bengbu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in March 2004 to expand the urban development framework and implement the river-supporting development strategy.
