"Out of tune" means irrelevant, irrelevant and unconnected with things. It is not reliable to say "out of tune" in northeast dialect.

Out of tune was originally a term of Peking Opera vocal music. Refers to the singer's singing tone is high or low, which is inconsistent with the prescribed tone, so that it is out of touch with the accompaniment music. Habits are not harmonious.
