Nanyue King Museum is a large-scale archaeological site museum based on important archaeological sites in Nanyue. It is a national first-class museum, divided into two exhibition areas: the king's tomb and the palace.

You can also buy paper tickets on site to commemorate, but you have to queue up for 10 minutes on holidays.
The way to go
Mausoleum Exhibition Area: Yuexiu Park Subway Station Exit E; Forbidden City Exhibition Area: Exit E of the subway station in front of the park. The distance between the two exhibition areas is not far (bus/subway/taxi are convenient).

King's Tomb Exhibition Area:
This tomb, centered on Wang Wen's tomb in Nanyue, is the highest-ranking and largest stone relief tomb of Han Dynasty in Lingnan area. Among them, the unearthed cultural relics include the golden seal of Wendi, angular jade cups, silk jade clothes and other important historical relics.
The exhibition area of the tomb is divided into three layers: the first layer is the public service area; On the second floor, there is a special exhibition on Tibetan pillows donated by Yang Yongde and his wife and a special exhibition on the history of South Vietnam in Qin and Han Dynasties. On the third floor, there are the original site of Nanyue King's Tomb and the cultural relics unearthed from Nanyue King's Tomb in the Western Han Dynasty.
The point of this exhibition area is that you can go to the cemetery in person. There is no air conditioning in the cemetery, but you won't feel bored. When there are many people, you will be restricted/waiting in line.
Forbidden city exhibition area:
Taking Nanyue Palace site as the core, it is a well-preserved example of Qin and Han palaces found at present.
The exhibition area of the Forbidden City is divided into four areas: Nanyue Palace Museum, Nanhan Palace Museum, Exhibition Building and Gushuijing Museum, showing the history and culture of Guangzhou for more than 2,000 years.
