1. Chop onion, ginger and garlic, and shred cucumber for later use.
2. Start cooking noodles in the pot. Just cook the noodles until they are 90% cooked. In order to make noodles more tough when cooking, you can put a small bowl of water in a boiling pot and repeat it three times.
